Postural Assessment & Corrective Exercise

Make the best use of your body, ensuring your movement functions are correct and you're not aggravating injury with this biomechanics assessment.

The Postural Assessment & Corrective Exercise sessions include a 90 minute consultation starting with static posture, mobility, movement pattern and strength assessments. Findings will be discussed with you, with a corrective exercise plan tailored to help you improve your posture and overall musculoskeletal system through stabilisation, strengthening and flexibility. Exercises can then be continued at home or under the supervision of follow up PT sessions.

The Postural Assessment & Corrective Exercise sessions are taken by Malcolm Jones, our level 4 movement specialist. Malcolm fully appreciates the importance of correct alignment, sufficient mobility and flexibility, and how this can affect people in their day-to-day lives.
