Strength & Conditioning Course
Group weights course for beginner-advanced levels
Are you looking to add another dimension to your fitness routine? Whether you're looking for sports specific development or looking to improve your fitness and strength, this course offers the opportunity to be coached in house as you work with a range of equipment in our strength and conditioning suite.
Learn how to move through all the movement planes for functional fitness and strength. Master the Deadlift, Squat, Vertical Pushes and Pulls, Horizontal Pushes and Pulls and much more. Lead by our in-house Strength and Conditioning Coach Dave Preece, you will work both individually and in pairs to learn safe practise of equipment and how to work in a way that gives you maximum results.
This course is open to Members and non-Members aged 16+, from beginner to advanced level, with exercises adapted according to each individual's ability. Please note that this course is not included as part of a Malvern Active membership and is priced at £80 for the eight week course. Booking will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
