Mary has worked with our young performance players for a number of years and has done a wonderful job helping them to develop their core physical skills and this work has had a very beneficial effect on their tennis.
I have trained at Malvern Active for about 4 and a half years now. Within this time I have made vast improvements physically, due to the support and time invested by the fitness team. This has impacted my life out of the fitness suite, making me a lot more confident and therefore has helped me start to make big steps in my life goals.
