BACKGROUND
Having qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 2016, David is our newest addition to the Malvern Active PT team! Over the past six years, David has gone from strength to strength - quite literally - qualifying as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, and Movement Performance Coach.
Motivated to help people achieve their objectives, whether that's to improve technique with a barbell or specific aspects of functional fitness, David brings heaps knowledge to aid his clients.
