Body Blast
A focused conditioning class designed to work out the entire body using simple, effective exercises.
This is a fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight and cardio to shape your entire body.
Aerobic, floor work and resistance exercises make up this full body toning class.
Day/Time:
Tuesday at 6.15pm with Vikki
Friday at 9.30am with Vikki
