Health and fitness is a big passion of mine and helping people achieve their fitness related goals is something I really enjoy.
After owning my own Personal Training business and working in GP practices, I have developed wide range of knowledge across all things gym-related and sports programming, through to nutritional guidance.
I have worked alongside nutritionists and GPs to deliver weight loss and other disease prevention programmes. With a science based and sustainable approach, all of my programmes are personalised to give you the best chance at reaching and then maintaining your goals.
