Emma Fosh
Qualified personal trainer and RFU rugby coach
Level 3 Personal Trainer
Background
Having worked at Malvern Active for over nine years, Emma is one of our longest-standing members of the team. With an active lifestyle playing rugby on a regular basis, she has first-hand experience of how training can help to improve and progress your skills, by working in a functional way. In 2013 Emma qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and in 2021, she passed her Level 3 Personal Training qualifications.
Understanding what drives conventional gym users through to elite athletes is of huge importance to Emma as she works with her clients. Together, they work through their combined aims to accomplish their fitness goals, while appreciating and overcoming the barriers that can present themselves. With Emma's background playing rugby for the Worcester Valkyries, training alongside international rugby players for a number of years and qualifying as a RFU coach in June 2021, she is also able to deliver game-specific training for those playing at amateur and professional levels.
