Background

As a Mum of two Jess fully understands how low energy levels and motivation can take its toll when trying to improve your fitness. Jess gets round that by making sessions varied and functional, there will always be something fun added to the mix!

 

Personal training sessions and programs are designed with each clients’ individual needs and lifestyles taken into account, any personal or health issues are treated with discretion, sensitivity and care. Offering varied personal training plans for all fitness levels from improving strength, losing weight and toning up, couch to 5k and all the way up to full marathon training.

 

Jess’s guilty pleasure is a love of long distance running and all things Obstacle Racing, she can also occasionally be found dishing out a heart pumping bootcamp session in the sports hall.
