45 minutes combining high-intensity cardio intervals to really work up a sweat, with bodyweight or light weights exercises to tone and sculpt the whole body.
What to expect?
You can expect squats, press-ups, tricep dips, power jacks, spotty dogs, and of course burpees!
Who is it suitable for?
Not for the faint-hearted, but suitable for all fitness levels, Sarah will provide adapted exercises for those who may be less fit or have joint issues which means they need lower impact alternatives.
Sarah prides herself in bringing her personal training into the studio, ensuring you work with the correct technique to get the best results without risking injury. This approach also ensures that you work the muscles effectively and get the improved fitness and strength you are looking for.
This class is held on Wednesdays at 7.15pm with Sarah in the Sports Hall.
