Feel stronger in your body through controlled weight movement.
In this fun 45 minute class, you'll be using free weights to strengthen your whole body! Expect squats, lunges, press ups, pulls and much more. It is all about keeping it slow and controlled to give your muscles the chance to feel the burn!

I really like the Spin classes with Sarah and Tim - one's up and down fun, loud music/loud shouting and the other is more relaxed, and all about getting your breathing under control. On the advice of a friend, I engaged Sarah as my personal trainer in May 2012. My objectives were to get fit for a 3 day Coast to Coast cycle ride and to improve my flexibility. Sarah's training methods are based on heart rate management and, given how fit I felt after completing the Coast to Coast ride, I can confirm her methods are extremely effective.
