Pure Strength - Our New Strengthening Suite

Matt Davies is the class trainer - Matt is a REPS level 3 certified Personal Trainer. He holds certifications in UKSCA Olympic Lifting, Sports Performance and Periodised Programming, Speed, Power and Agility. Focusing on helping people move more effectively, he’s also passionate about pursuing strength in the basic strength lifts for himself and his clients. He believes that mastering the basic strength lifts allows you to learn and execute advanced exercises more safely and effectively.

 

One course per week:

Malvern Active Members         £30

Non Members                         £90

Two courses per week:

Malvern Active Members          £50
