National Fitness Day will take place in 2018 Wednesday 26th September.


What is the aim of National Fitness Day?

The aim to establish National Fitness Day as the most active day of the year doesn’t change; the aim is to engage a range of audiences from the inactive to the already active across a variety of settings from the home to the high street, the office to the gym.


How do I get involved?

Here at Malvern Active, we believe that sharing our fitness lifestyle stories & tips will inspire and encourage others to join in and get active! So, all you have to do is spread the word and/or fill out one of our member profile forms at the reception desk.


What is #Fitness2Me?

#Fitness2Me aims to celebrate what fitness means to people, promoting that keeping physically active means something different to us all.


How do I take part in #Fitness2me?

All you have to do is, using one of our #fitness2me posters, write down what fitness means to you. Pose for a picture with the poster and post it on social media using the #Fitness2me hashtag. Simple!
