What will happen to my monthly membership?
All memberships will be frozen, no monthly payments will be taken so please do not cancel your direct debit with us. We won’t restart your membership until you contact us with a restart date.
What will happen to my annual membership?
We will add the time we are closed on to your expiry date.
When will Malvern Active reopen?
We are monitoring the situation closely and following the guidance given by the Government, as soon as they inform us we can reopen, we will.

What will happen to climbing lessons?
All climbing lessons are postponed until the complex reopens.
What will happen to swimming classes for my child/ren?
Swim School will be postponed until further notice.
