Charlie is a qualified personal trainer, black belt in Karate and keen sportsman. With over seven years of gym training experience and over 20 years of marital arts experience, Charlie is well placed to help you achieve your fitness goals with a keen interest in both strength and resistance training, as well as bringing in functional elements.
Always great to come back and use @MalvernActive facilities. Amazing to think it was ten years ago that I used to train in the old pool!
